Private Events
Is the venue private?
Yes. Private events are a full venue buyout (both bays) for your scheduled time block.
What are your hours for private events?
Standard hours are Mon–Thurs 9AM–7PM and Fri–Sun 10AM–8PM. Private events may be booked as late as 11PM depending on availability.
What’s the minimum booking?
Private events require a 2-hour minimum reservation.
Do you allow outside food?
Yes. Pizza, catering, snacks and desserts are welcome. Please keep food and drinks away from simulator equipment.
Do you allow kids parties?
Absolutely. For kids parties at least one parent or guardian must be present during the event.
Is BYOB allowed?
Yes — BYOB is allowed for guests 21+. Valid ID required and a waiver must be signed at check-in.
What do I pay to reserve?
A 15% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is paid in-venue.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 3 weeks forfeit the deposit. Within 24 hours the full booking amount is forfeited.
