Membership FAQ

Hours Do my included simulator hours reset each month?
No — your included hours are usable within your membership term (1, 3, or 6 months depending on tier). Use them whenever you want during that term.
Social What’s the difference between Social and Individual?
  • Social: you can bring guests based on your tier (up to 1–3 guests) at no additional charge.
  • Individual: membership hours are for the member only (no guests included).
Guests Do I have to be there if I bring guests?
Yes. The member must book and attend the session. Guests are added during booking.
Booking How do I book as a member?
Book through the normal Swing Station booking page using the account tied to your membership. You’ll see member-only options and priority scheduling where available.
Upgrade Can I upgrade from Individual to Social?
Yes — if you want to upgrade, purchase the Social tier that fits your needs and we’ll apply it going forward. (If you want, we can also help you choose the best tier based on how often you bring guests.)
Rules Can I share my membership with someone else?
No. Memberships are issued to one named member. For Social tiers, guests are allowed only when the member books and attends.
Policy Do memberships auto-renew? Are they refundable?
Memberships do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at purchase. Membership fees and included hours are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Downtime What if a simulator goes down during my booking?
If equipment failure impacts your session, unused time will be credited for future use once systems are restored. Refunds aren’t issued for equipment downtime.
