Private Venue Rental
Your confirmed Private Party reservation provides exclusive use of Swing Station's private-party venue, including both simulator bays, for the Event period shown in your reservation. Swing Station may reserve operational setup and cleanup time immediately before and after the Event. That operational buffer does not extend the customer's Event time.Deposit, Final Payment & Cancellation
A non-refundable reservation deposit equal to 15% of the Event total is required to reserve the Event.The remaining balance is due four (4) calendar days before the Event.
If Client cancels more than four (4) calendar days before the Event, amounts paid above the 15% reservation deposit will be refunded.
If Client cancels four (4) calendar days or less before the Event, all amounts paid are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Requests to change an Event date or time are subject to availability and Swing Station approval. Swing Station will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but does not guarantee an alternate date or time.Attendance, Food & Setup
Online Private Party reservations are limited to twenty-one (21) guests unless Swing Station approves otherwise.Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Reasonable decorations and rearrangement of designated movable furniture are permitted. Decorations may not damage the facility or equipment. No nails, screws, staples, paint, glitter, confetti, open flame, or other damaging or hazardous decorations may be used without approval.
Alcohol — No BYOB
Outside alcohol and BYOB are prohibited.Alcoholic beverages consumed at the Event must be sold or otherwise lawfully provided by Swing Station. Purchasing a Private Party or beverage option does not guarantee that any individual will be served alcohol.
Swing Station retains control over alcohol service and may request identification or refuse service when required by law, safety considerations, or Swing Station policy. Alcohol may not be purchased, furnished, transferred or provided to anyone under twenty-one (21).
Minors & Guest Responsibility
Client accepts responsibility for ensuring appropriate adult supervision of minors attending the Event. Swing Station employees assist with facility operations but are not childcare providers and are not responsible for supervising minors.Running, roughhousing, climbing on equipment, throwing golf balls, careless swinging of clubs, fighting, intentional misuse of equipment and other unsafe behavior are prohibited.
Client agrees to communicate applicable Event rules to guests.
Assumption of Risk & Release
GOLF, GOLF-SIMULATOR ACTIVITIES, SPORTS ACTIVITIES AND PARTICIPATION IN A PRIVATE EVENT INVOLVE INHERENT AND OTHER RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.Risks include being struck by a golf club or golf ball; slips, trips and falls; collisions; contact with simulator equipment, flooring, walls, furniture or fixtures; equipment malfunction; and actions of other participants. Participation is voluntary. Client knowingly assumes the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participation.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, CLIENT RELEASES AND WAIVES CLAIMS AGAINST SWING STATION LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OR OTHER CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO CLIENT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT OR USE OF THE FACILITY, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE TO THE EXTENT SUCH CLAIMS MAY LAWFULLY BE RELEASED IN ADVANCE.
This release does not purport to release liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
Indemnification & Property Damage
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Swing Station LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, agents and representatives from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable attorney's fees arising from Client's or Client's guests' negligent, reckless, intentional or unlawful acts or omissions, violations of this Agreement, or damage to Swing Station property, except where prohibited by law.Client accepts financial responsibility for damage to Swing Station property caused by negligent, reckless, intentional or unauthorized acts of Client or Client's guests beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Personal Property & Right To Terminate
Swing Station is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged personal property except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be disclaimed.Swing Station may stop activities, remove attendees or terminate an Event when reasonably necessary to protect guests, employees, property or legal compliance.
Governing Law & Electronic Signature
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Subject to applicable law regarding jurisdiction and venue, proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hays County, Texas.Client agrees to conduct this transaction electronically. Entering Client's initials and legal name, affirmatively accepting this Agreement and submitting the reservation constitutes Client's electronic signature and demonstrates Client's intent to be legally bound by this Agreement.
We had to move my son’s birthday party indoors last minute. Kids and adults had an amazing time — perfect vibe.
Tyler and his wife did a great job helping me facilitate my private event from start to finish. Their venue is incredible and the simulators were top-notch.
We booked our son's 10th birthday party here and it was a great experience! Tyler was so patient and so helpful throughout our party. We had the whole place to ourselves and the kids had an absolute blast. There are plenty of golf games, but the boys loved the other games too (soccer, pitching, carnival games, dodgeball, etc). If you're looking for a fun indoor place for a private party you won't be disappointed.
We just had our company Christmas party here and it was awesome! Great place for an event for small groups up to 20.
We held a holiday party with 15 people. The setup is perfect for that sized event and for all skill ranges.
Awesome place to practice your swing in the AC and out of the elements. The owner is super friendly. I attended a private event and had a great time.
