By entering this contest, scheduling your 5 shots, or stepping into the simulator bay, you agree to the following:

• General Release of Liability:
  You release and hold harmless Swing Station LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all liability for accidental injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage occurring during your contest participation or while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct under Texas law.
• Golf & Simulator Risks:
  You acknowledge the inherent risks of swinging golf clubs and hitting balls indoors, including contact with clubs, balls, simulator equipment, turf, walls, ceilings, or other participants; slips, trips, falls, or collisions; and damage to personal property from mis-hit shots or improper placement of belongings.
• Technology & Scoring Notice:
  You understand that simulator technology may misread or mis-track certain shots and may temporarily malfunction. Swing Station will make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate scoring, but minor variances in data or ball flight readings do not entitle participants to refunds, re-hits, or changes to contest results.
• BYOB & Alcohol:
  Swing Station does not sell alcohol. Participants 21+ may bring their own beverages. You assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption before, during, and after your session. Illegal substances, including vaping of controlled substances, are prohibited and may result in removal without refund.
• Food & Allergy Notice:
  Participants are responsible for informing staff of any food allergies before consuming snacks or beverages provided on-site. Swing Station is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
• Contest Integrity & Conduct:
  All contest shots must be taken during the scheduled session under staff supervision. Tampering with equipment, unsafe swings, intentionally striking walls or fixtures, or any attempt to manipulate results may result in immediate disqualification without refund and possible removal from the premises.
• Age & Responsibility:
  Participants must be 18 years or older or accompanied by a parent/guardian. You acknowledge that you are physically able to participate and are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with the contest.
• Binding Agreement:
  This waiver is governed by Texas law. If any portion is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable. By entering the contest, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
